Daisies in the churchyard

I decided to ride instead of walk today as cycling is a low impact activity and I thought it would be kinder on my knees.  I have decided not to risk badminton tonight so will watch the Europa league final.  With Manchester United playing the atmosphere will inevitably be strange after the awful events in the city.  I called in on C. on the way back.  The women had gone out so I decided that if ladies can lunch men can drink tea - which we did.  I also called in on a bellringer friend who has just returned from major surgery for an aneurism and he proudly showed me his 64 stitch scar.
