K Road gull

Yesterday the weather changed quite abruptly shortly after my lunchtime walk. Even colder, and really wet. Therefore, I left the bike in the "bike shed", and called S for a lift home. That meant a walk to work this morning, so that I could bring home my bike tonight, which I did.

On the walk this morning, I met this sight shortly after starting along K Road. Not on a run; nor even a jog; a walk will have to suffice.
