Carskey
Thank you everyone for your very generous scattering of hearts and stars for my Island Queen Textures image very much appreciated.
I've been kept busy at work so very little time for blipping.
Despite a less than promising start to the day after our grocery shop we headed out for Carskey for a walk on the beach.
At Carskey we walked along to the far end and came back again. There were plenty of waves breaking on the beach and plenty of Gannets diving just off the shore. The little Terns were having a much more difficult time spotting anything to dive for. On the beach there were Oystercatchers and Sanderlings. We picked up some stones as we wanted to top off a pot in which we had put a little Acer we bought at the supermarket this morning.
Thought you might like to see my painting of Carskey which I've just finished.
Thankfully the waves weren't this lively today :-)
