Elephant in the Room

A home day today. Started with a run and then a training session with Ona. Him Outdoors went coastwards with the cycling club.
We did some pomodoros and then popped out to the hospice plant sale. The Teen tied a ribbon to the elephant - a great symbol to keep us talking about the one in the room.
More pomodoros this afternoon and we are ready for the week.
