Birthday squash!

It's our best friend's birthday today and we had a lovely evening at the pub to celebrate. Bailey didn't seemed to mind getting caught in the birthday hug too much!

It was a good day at the factory, largely because I spent a lot of it with students and the end of it at an event at the uni with a colleague who has come such a long way. Some good chats with other professionals tonight just reinforced that my recent decision is the right one. To be honest, I've not doubted it all week!
