Abutilon Enjoying the Warmth of the Sun

After a cold cloudy start to the day this afternoon turned out much better.. with some sun. Still very cold.

We got a phone call late last night from our Real Estates Agents, PA wanting to show some people through our place at noon, tomorrow. Our agent is in Japan at the moment. We just found out. The people who had put in the offer are having trouble getting finance. The sale may not go through. We will find out tomorrow.

The people that came through today had looked at the house. They were looking on behalf of their mother who lives in the North Island. She was here for the weekend and wanted to see it herself. Helpfully something will work out for us soon.

While people were looking at our place we went to a open home. They were new and maybe a bit more than John can afford...  lovely and sunny. I spotted this Abutilon flower in the street there.
