Sleepy afternoon

I was awake early this morning - as was Bailey who barked earlier than he has been up all week. Back to bed and snoozing until the agreed text time to decide whether I was up for spinning for the first time in quite a while. I decided that I was and managed to get through the hour without too much slacking. 

Home to Bailey and the washing and a walk in the sunshine. A food shop for Bailey before lunch and then a long afternoon nap after that, which extended by at least an hour. Nothing much more achieved today (and only one shot taken today which has had to be blipped)  but I certainly feel a bit more rested than I did at the end of yesterday.
