Blue-ming

Today has been such a lovely day... Ibiza has the absolute privilege to be hosting Sebastião Salgado's Genesis collection (extra) in the Port...it was wonderful to wander round with D, A & N and marvel at his photos...Asha was intrigued by the photos of different people groups from the Amazon and Siberia. Such a great start point for conversation around diversity! As well as the exhibition, town had a flower festival today...so everywhere was decorated, there were beautiful stalls selling plants (we bought lavender, mint and basil...the mint especially smells amazing), there were kids flower workshops, live music etc etc...it was just lovely!! 
This evening the 4 of us watched a DVD and had a snacky tea - Asha insisted we all wear party hats (extra)...well when you live on a party island....!!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Flowers! Our town just looked so incredibly beautiful today...I wasn't sure which flower pic to blip - there's one in extras - I loved the multicoloured background!)
2) A text from a friend.
3) Seeing a homeless friend we've not seen for a while, Craig. Glad to see he look relatively well, considering...
