Captured in training

So left the Dales this morning and made my way back home. Great week, bit tired now and just relaxing.

Spotted my son on a training run for his bike ride to Amsterdam which is less than four weeks away.

Extra is the bread shop in Bedale I called into this morning to get some great bread.
