Reeds

Lovely to have another day off work. Went for a local walk along the river Thames. There were a few little coots around on the ponds in the nature reserve. I liked the bands of colour in this photo. Can't decide whether I should have photoshopped out the walkers in red in the background or whether they add something. 

Did a spin session in the evening and then tried to get back in to the zone ready for work tomorrow.
