Interlocking ripple

Went to the gym to do my usual body pump class. It was very disappointing as the instructor spent most of the class competing with one of her friends to see who could lift the most weight. I usually come out of the class tired but happy that I've done some exercise but today it was very uninspiring. 

Had a quick shower and then walked up to the local shops for something for lunch with S. Spent the rest of the day trying not to fall asleep over my crochet while the men of the house watched the Grand Prix and the football. 

Great to have another day off work before I have to go and tackle the email backlog!
