Fish supper

Most weekends our son comes down from town to indulge in his passion of all things sea! He is a keen free diver and spear fisher. If the weather is no good for diving then he spends hours surfing at Coldingham beach. Yesterday he met up with his dive buddy and went out for a 5 hour swim, dive, fish. This is what he came home with, 3 excellent sized pollack! tonight we will enjoy some for supper , the rest is in the freezer.
