Capitol Building

Another scorcher of a day today....32 degrees!

We decided we'd do one of the many bus tours on offer, a slightly cooler option when the bus wasn't stuck in traffic!

We did several different routes and saw The Washington Cathedral, Arlington Cemetery, Pentagon, Jefferson Memorial, Union Station, Woodley Park, Georgetown, Dupont, The Whitehouse, Lincoln Memorial, WW11 memorial, Washington Memorial, Old Post Office (A Trump Hote), Smithsonian Museums ans many other buildings!

Finally we re-visited the Air and Space Museum, this time with Steve and Sarah, before heading back to the hotel for a much needed snooze and shower before heading out again to see the front on the Whitehouse and have some food!

7.5 miles walked....not sure how that happened considering we spent so much time on the bus!
