938. SilS33 - Trying to leave Copenhagen Airport!

The very first time we hired a car at Copenhagen airport the very nice car hire people told us we had been given an upgrade....from a Fiat 500 to a huge estate car and my poor hubby couldn't get out of the car park as it was so big he couldn't manoeuvre around the tight lanes.....having finally managed to get out of the car park we then had no idea how to get out of the airport itself as the satnav wouldn't give us directions we could actually follow....

So as we are planning to hire a car again next week hubby asked me to find a route not only to our destination near Vejby but actually out of the car park initially....then out of the airport...and to the nearest supermarket to where we are staying for two weeks....

I quite liked some of the abstract faffing that the GoArt app does so having saved the route in several stages so we could print it out...I picked the first image and had a wee play with it....

I fully expect our Saturday of travelling to end up being very silly indeed as no doubt we will get lost, hubby will only manage to avoid other cars, people, bikes etc. by the skin of his teeth and our nerves will be shredded by the time we arrive at our destination.....but then we have two weeks to recover before having to drive all the way back to the airport!

So here is my silly Saturday entry....our plan for the route...all faffed.....
