It was Toni's funeral today. Amazing what fb can do as I managed to see it all live at 4.00 this morning.
It was a beautiful service. I really like the way it was done.
So many people attended.
She came in to Bruno Mars Just the Way You Are.
So many people got up and spoke about her. My nieces were wonderful and did their mum so proud standing before everyone at such an emotional time.
They Played George Michael In the Corner, imagine by John Lennon and Supermarket Flowers by Ed Sheeran as photographs were projected on a big screen.
At the end people lined up and put Rose petals on the coffin.
They left to Aretha Franklins I Say a Little Prayer.
Only the flowers in this photo were there. All money going to a children's cancer charity which was her wishes.
It was a beautiful service and I'm glad I was able to be part of it even though I'm the other side of the world.
I lit my candle and watched with my son Alex. Alex and Toni both had soft spots for each other.
Tonight Alex bought a bottle of Adelaide Wine and we had a toast to her.
Brave and beautiful to the end. Cheers Toni x x x
