Pembrokeshire Coast

A long drive to South West Pembrokeshire. Even though the journey was trouble free it still took eight hours including breaks.

However having left Pickering in pouring rain it was lovely to arrive in sunshine. We both needed to stretch our legs so explored the local area. We passed a lovely old church being decorated with flowers in preparation for a wedding tomorrow. We ended up at Monk Haven a small cove on the Pembrokeshire coastal path. Although largely in the shade there was still sunlight on the rocks so I was able to catch some of the Spring flowers.
