Too slow...

Incredibly stiff when I woke up this morning, so it was a slower than usual start to the day. Never mind, loosened up a little on the walk up to the office and, after some exercises and Pilates, just about back to normal this evening!

Watching swallows and house martins from the office windows today. Last year, house martins nested on the building next door, and we're rather hoping they'll do the same again this year.

Lots of swallows and house martins flying above our courtyard this evening too. Attempted to photograph them in flight, but they were too fast - or, more likely, I was too slow - just ended up with lots of photos of clouds...
