Da Engine Hoose
A sunny morning, well until I arrived at work and the mist was slowly lifting. The morning was sunny and warm, And clouded over through the afternoon. There was a shower after tea, but the sun has some out to play again.
I've been working in the museum office today, and catching up with photo orders. I've also been trying to get through scanning small donations and getting the originals back to the owners. The museum was busy too, with two events on and also the Brae primary school were in. Been for walkies tonight, and then off to work in the pub later.
Met man for lunch, and we went for a walk to research my great grandad Johnnie's house. I blipped his old house a few months ago, but apparently he moved from there to here in the 1940s when his mother passed away. It seems to be called the Engine House, possibly an old generator house for either Westhall or Seafield House. We know little about him, So me and man are going to do some research. The building is currently being used as a stable. Taken next to Westhall, Ness of Sound.
