Key Moments

Today has been a busy one as well as a rainy one.
In the morning I was a lady who lunches when I met another six very interesting ladies for lunch at the house of my second friend of many talents. We sat down to a lovely lunch of salmon stuffed with sultanas and many side dishes of roast vegetables and potatoes- delicious.

I had an early exit from the gathering to pick up keys for Boy David's rented flat and check the inventory. It must be amazingly tricky to document every single item in a flat down to the last chopping board and teaspoon, and about as hard to check that everything is there. Still, I think everything is present and correct though I may not have counted all the egg spoons.
