duathlon and nutts

I was introduced to the world of duathlons by my dear friend, Kalyani. She also happens to be just about my fittest friend so I was grateful for her going easy on me and putting up with my pace! We finished in one piece which is a relief.

The children very much enjoyed Ulverston and, in particular, Dillon and his beautiful garden and room of toys. Such a lovely weekend. Extras added to show a bit more of it.
