Improvised duck noodles - and golden bees wine

Another busy day, another house blip.

R likes to buy whole ducks - we'll eat the breasts one way, then legs another way, then he'll boil the beast for broth, and take the meat pieces.

This time the shredded duck ended up in stir fried noodles.

The wine is Chasselas from Abeilles D'Or in Geneva. Such a pretty name, and it held up very well with the asian noodles, even though (as you can see) I put a nice amount of chili sauce on top.
