Excessive!

I had the pleasure of spending some time midweek at a luxurious Spa in the Scottish Borders. Eight of us met up on Wednesday afternoon at Stobo Castle indulging ourselves in some pampering, exercise, and lots of catch up chat. Following a few, well maybe several glasses of fizz, we retired to bed with promises of an early start to partake in a swim session or stretch and tone class. My roomie and I had to first do battle with the numerous cushions and pillows covering our beds! I did return home on Thursday well refreshed, relaxed but still with a troublesome knee....think I overdid some workout in the gym.
