50th birthday celebrations

We have had a fine day celebrating Ian entering his vintage years.

We tried out a new pub for lunch, Cranberry Farm, and it was very nice - think we will be sampling more of their menu. I had a huuuuuge Ploughman's and it was super tasty.

We lit up Ian's tiny birthday cake - I think the candles were bigger than the cake. It was ideal size though as it is all eaten up rather than hanging around forever as tends to happen when we buy anything bigger.

So that was a nice early start to the weekend for me and Ian. Tomorrow we have football as Leo is playing a mini game during the half time of a charity match for the Adam Stansfield Foundation https://gb.eventbu.com/tiverton/elmore-fc-legends-v-cullompton-rangers-fc-legends/1908044. Should be fun!
