Abstract Thursday – Painterly
We have a small clump of bluebells near our front door and they are still quite vibrant so I thought I’d play with them for today’s challenge. I used both my extension tubes (10 & 16 mm) with my 35-100 lens @ 100 mm. ISO 200 and f22. This meant I was about six inches away from the blooms and a slow shutter speed of 1/10 sec and this gave me chance to move the camera in the hope that it would create a painterly effect.
For today’s blip I took two of the images and used blending mode to combine them to try and enhance a painterly effect.
