SWALLOW

I detoured on the way back from the dentist (quite sore, but survivable, thank you for asking) down a road where I can usually watch some birds from the car. This swallow was just sitting beside the road having a preen while I sat about 10 feet away, watching through the window. A handsome pheasant and a linnet also obliged (extras). There was also an aerial lapwing vs crow fight, but it was too fast to capture.

I'm off to hit the painkillers again, and work out how to clean my teeth without rinsing for two weeks, as per instructions.
