last few

Most of the daffodils are gone by now, and nearly all have been deadheaded. Not sure if it makes any difference, but we do it every year anyway.

The last few are the Pheasants-Eye Narcissi, which have sometimes lingered on into the beginning of June in a cold Spring. Sitting down amongst them to take this photo, the scent is heavenly, like jasmine.

Another beautiful sunny day. I can't remember when it last rained...
