surrogate shopping

I love it when someone says “will you come and help me buy a new bike/guitar…?”  There’s nothing better than choosing something that you don’t actually have to pay for.

I get a message from Chris this morning; “can we go bike shoping today?” 

And so this afternoon I find myself in the Giant bike shop (that’s the make not size) surrounded by the latest two-wheel lovelies.  

Talking of two-wheel lovelies, Anniemay hitches a ride and makes straight for the womens’ cycle clothing section.  I don’t get to choose this.
