it looks nothing like this. I took Val's advice again, took Mum to Iceland (shop not country) to buy some fish in batter, as this is a staple part of her 'diet'.

Roy and I had fresh salmon with stir fry veggies, she had two pieces of fish and some oven chips. The fish looked nothing like the picture on the packet, it was a horrible grey colour and the batter was soggy. I think I might cook another fillet, take a photo and send it off to 'Youngs' and ask for their comments, bottom line is she ate it, I would have binned it.
