Grub's on the way

Good drying day so the washing was turned round quite quickly. Fortunately Orienteering clothing dries quickly and doesn't require ironing!

A session of Pilates helped tired muscles from the weekend. Met two fiends I hadn't seen in a while so enjoyed a catch up too.

Spotted this Robin out hunting food, presumably for its chicks. Good job I had my telephoto lens with me.
