Tea with the tulips

It looks like a quintessentially English garden on a summer afternoon with tea on the lawn.
 
But you would be wrong. This is Roscullen, a private garden in Edinburgh specialising in tulips and it opens one afternoon a year for charity.
 
There are thousands of tulips.  I had no idea there were so many different colours and varieties.
 
Photographing them posed a huge challenge especially as I was working just with a smartphone unlike another photographer (see extra) who came with all the necessary kit though he admitted that he too was having difficulty.
