Not the expected activities

So, we were just about to go for a nice Thai lunch in Rochester when I hear water running from a corner where we'd had a leak a few years ago! Up come the floorboards and there's a rather large fountain in exactly the same place as before. A call to Thames Water followed who advised their guarantee is only for 12 months but they could have a look next Friday! Bah not happy :-( Fortunately our builder neighbour was around, so I asked him to have a look and in an hour and a bit he'd fixed it to only a dribble! He wasn't impressed with the previous repair so we'll see what Thames Water have to say when they come next week.
So, time to relax in the garden a bit this afternoon and a quiet evening. Another attempt at Rochester tomorrow.
