It's very green

My new cycle hat has arrived and as you can see it's very green. It will be easy to see me.

After work I've been to a yoga and meditation class. We spent most of the time lying in different positions with our eyes closed. A nice way to end the week.

I've then been to visit a friend who is terminally ill. It's a problem that had to be faced. I've promised to do whatever I can.

I cried as I left.
