A welcome visitor.

Over winter we have had very few visits from the Great Spotted Woodpecker.  During the last week it has re appeared.  I spotted it this morning but hadn't the camera ready.  Fortunately it returned in the afternoon.

I don't usually contribute to challenges and community projects, but as this is through the living room window the current community project seems appropriate.  I am assuming the hash tag isn't necessary and I just tag them in the usual way.

The rest of the day was spent pottering round home and the garden.
