In the sea's watery womb was buried a cuckoon of pearls..

This is an interesting detail from a piece of art that you can even light up from the inside of the cuckoon, but there's something at fault with the wiring and I haven't had the time to get into repairing it at all.
For now, it just leans against wall as it's too heavy to hang and it also needs frames.
Oh well, maybe someday..
The whole piece is made by a movie set decorator/art director Tapio Vilpponen and was handed down to me by his younger son some years back when all his fathers art didn't fit into their new apartment. It was my favourite piece of them all, I always admired it longer than the other works when visiting their place and one day I just found it waiting for me in my apartment. It's been with me since and I have pretty much adopted it as my own by now.
