I've got my eye on you!

This afternoon found us at the Quarry Loch neat Blair Drummond. There was a distinct lack of life on the loch, possibly because of a raptor display at one end of the loch, where the safari park meets the water. However, the smaller pond was teeming with life, several swans, a few assorted ducks and a whole heap of geese. This one seemed to be on guard duty and paddled back and forth keeping at least one very beady eye on us.
Also present but up on the bank were several oystercatchers and a few lapwings (or peewit), see today's extra.
