I can't do it

I remember before I got pregnant thinking I didn't want children. I couldn't do it. The getting fat bit, the labour bit, the sleepless night bit.... Now I'm doing it, despite all the bad bits, I can't imagine why I even considered not doing it.

When I look to the future and imagine my life now I see Audrey in every picture. The pleasure she will bring and the times we're going to share make me smile just thinking of them.

Which is just as well as last night was hell. She was awake from 2am-5am and she screamed the house down. My husband and I are broken. I can hardly talk today. He nearly crashed the car driving up to see his parents. We had an almighty row (that we didn't mean) tonight involving slammed doors and flying nappies.

She'd better give us some sleep tonight as am not sure how much more of this we can take.
