Bluebells in Middleton Woods

Went for a lovely walk from Ilkley through Middleton Woods which is glowing beautifully with the blue carpeting of a multitude of bluebells - beautiful with members of the Meetup Group 'Any-Day Walks around Leeds' and, of course, Jimmy went too. Then we visited Calvary and after crossing several fields filled with frolicking lambs we made our way back to Ilkley. Four of us elected to have a snack at the Riverside Restaurant (Jimmy would have loved to partake of some of the goodies - sorry Jimmy). After our snack we headed back to our respective cars and much to my surprise I saw an orienteering event being set up on the parkland and standing there talking to the organiser were my pals, Wendles56, with husband, Tony. We had a lovely chat. All in all a lovely day out in excellent company
