Cathedral Cavern, Little Langdale

After visiting Rydal Caves and Hodge Close Quarry recently I thought it was about time I found out where Cathedral Cavern was. Having found it today  now realise I must have walked past at least a dozen times without knowing. I went prepared with a torch which wasn't required and my tripod which was a necessity. Getting both a good exposure and a good composition proved tricky as the two were mutually exclusive it seemed. I took a number of shots with exposures varying from 8s to 20s. This was my favourite particularly when converted to mono.
