Candy stripes

My in-laws' garden is full of beautiful flowers, Lyn (non-wicked-step-mother-in-law) has very green fingers and just about everything flourishes under her touch... except for runner beans, she has terrible runner bean issues. I'm not sure what this pretty stripey flower is,would any clever blipper like to enlighten me? I'm sure it's something very obvious, but I googled all the flower names I could think of earlier (it took me about 2 minutes) and they didn't come up.
