Lobster Bisque

Tonight's dinner presented by the local college's culinary school was all about French Cuisine. There were at least 7 courses and each one was delicious or at least had a delicious part.  The portions were small but that was a good idea because if they had been American sized I would never have gotten past the third course.  
This was, by far, the best meal I've had since we've been attending the dinners.
