Future Potatos

You can see just a tiny bit of green poking through the soil in this bag.  The way it's supposed to work is that when you first plant the potatos there's only about 4 inches of soil in the bottom of the bag; then, as the plants begin to emerge, you cover them again.  The theory is that at each covering the plant will send out new root and tuber shoots and you'll be able to harvest a huge amount of potatos from a very small space.
