Feeling hot

It was a lovely sunny morning , first stop was a beach near Port Ellen. We thought it was the singing sands to start with but we found them round the corner and over the hill. We did nt need jackets but did nt feel it was as warm as the man though. He ran by us with his dog splashing through the water..
A nice walk to the little lighthouse and on to the singing sands. We spotted two people with camera and sound equipment, hope they managed to capture the singing.
We saw lots feral goats on the hills behind the beach.
We had a long walk on the Mull of Oa, hoping to see Choughs but did nt see any. We did see a pair of reed bunting.
Lots of Highland cows around and a herd of feral goats close to the American Monument.
A walk on the Big Strand a huge beach with just two otheer people in the distance. We saw a hare on the beach and lots of sand martins.
We finished the day with a steak in Seasalt bistro in Port Ellen.
