Radcliffe Observatory Bicentennial sundial

I visited Green Templeton College to try to book myself onto the tour of the Radcliffe Observatory during the Open Doors weekend. Sadly fully booked.

This sundial, just inside the College, commemorates the bicentenary of the Observatory. Stroke of luck - having been on the lookout for a suitable blip for my 200th, this fitted the bill!

I have been so far behind with my blips that I have had to manage blip 200 quite carefully, hence I am still a week behind, though I have just backblipped the last week of August.

We'll have to wait for the next Open Doors weekend to find out what the inside of the Observatory holds and see the views from the top, unless, that is, any fellow blippers were lucky enough to have booked in for this year's tour.
