Gurdwara

Going to the Gurdwara makes for a bright start to the day. Listening to the Kirtan is wonderful and there's some magic in the Langar which is made onsite on most days. It is part of the service by the Sikh community which has a free kitchen in all Gurdwara temples and everyone is welcome - the congregation and passers by, workers on the streets, rickshaw pullers; anyone who wishes to partake in a meal, snack, chai or a cool refreshing glass of lassi on hot days.
