Green-Winged Orchid

Lots to do today, so my photography was very focussed. I stopped off at a local meadow on the way back from church this morning, so that I could photograph these beautiful little orchids for my blip. Camera fitted with macro lens in hand, I stretched out on the grass to get right down to their level. Fortunately, there were plenty very close to the grass pathway, so there was no danger of squashing any! A few clicks later (20 clicks, to be precise!), I knew I had my entry for Tiny Tuesday!

I've just found out the theme is 'Time'...... It's the right 'time' of year to find wild orchids in the meadow..... :))
