Checkout out of the little flat and left our suitcases at a shop for the day so we could go on the big red boat tour of Venice.

Got lunch at the train station before we started the tour, where I got ridiculously grumpy at bad slow service.

Had a really lovely time as it was really quiet, and got off at murano to have a look around. Drove Davenport crazy trying to find a tiny octopus or crab glass statue. We ended up missing the boat because we (Davenport) read the times wrong, so we decided to do our souvenir shopping there. Davenport ended up with a beautiful glass crab and I got a rather handy bell. Had some fun walking along the empty streets by the water.

Had an early dinner sat outside by the water, where I was also grumpy about bad service (oops).

Got the bus to the station, and flew back to the UK. Got back to my flat fairly late and then drove Davenport insane by not making my mind up about getting food.
