Third time lucky and on a stone/rock
My third visit to the same spot and this time I got a decent one of the shag/cormorant fluttering its wings to dry them.
I sat on the stones for a good half hour waiting for the tide to go down before the birds all started flocking in to fish. Its the ideal spot in the shallows.
The fish factory behind where I sat has permission to release a percentage of its fish waste into the tide and they do it as the tide goes out so that made for extra pickings. They also make a fish fertiliser and the rich, pungent stench of that filled the air with no wind to blow it away.
Although this was almost mono I have made it moreso for the challenge by nickismag888 of mono stone.
