Kingfisher

I went back to the wharf to try again for the shag using different settings. It was so lovely down there I could have stayed all day. The shag was too busy fishing as were most birds but the kingfishers were pausing to rest. The male flew off to Jacketts Island but the female flitted from rock to rock.
So good to see them as it has been a while.
Difficult with the sun on the eastern side and I had no way of getting round that side- too much water.
As it was I sat on a rock and got a wet behind so didn't linger but went home to change.
