As far as the eye can see.....

Things didn't go quite "as planned" today but sister #1 and I went on a walk after lunch. Sunday roast delayed until this evening....

Absolutely breathtaking! Yellow everywhere! The daffodils have gone and dandelions have taken their place in the meadows but they are still such a beautiful bright yellow. Soon buttercups will take THEIR place...

Our walk took us through a field of oil seed rape as tall as us. I didn't realise it had such a beautiful perfume!
