Both Flowers or Food

I had some friends over for dinner last night and used the Easter menu from Good Housekeeping magazine for a couple of the courses. This was one of the desserts: Hot Cross Bun Layer Cake : I forgot to take a picture so here is a screen shot from the magazine, but luckily mine looked EXACTLY like this and tasted great. We had a fun evening and my BF passed the Spanish Inquisition test from my GFs!
